How do I reset my progress in the Reflex app?
Open the Profile tab in the app and tap Reset all progress at the bottom. This clears your XP, level, streaks, best times, and badges. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.
Why do some game modes show "Reach level X to unlock"?
Reflex gates the harder modes behind XP so the difficulty curve feels natural. Tap Reflex and Color Lock are available from the start. Run a handful of sessions in those modes to earn XP — F1 Lights Out unlocks at Level 2, Sequence at Level 3, Aim Train at Level 4, Audio at Level 5.
My reaction time looks really slow — is something wrong?
Average reaction times sit in the 250–300 ms range. Low Power Mode (iOS) or Battery Saver (Android) can add noticeable lag — turn them off for the most accurate measurement. Closing other apps and increasing your screen brightness also help.
Does Reflex collect any of my data?
No. Reflex collects nothing — no account, no analytics, no tracking, no ads. Your XP, best times, and badges are stored only on your device. See the full Reflex privacy policy for details.
The Audio mode isn't making a sound — what's wrong?
Audio mode uses your device's built-in text-to-speech voice to say "Now". Check that your ringer/media volume is up and that the silent switch on iPhone is set to ring. If you've disabled the system voice in accessibility settings, Audio mode will fall back to a haptic cue.
